Founded by Jenny Arussi, MS, RDN, CHANGE MY EATING is a one-of-a-kind, nutrition education and behavior modification program for people struggling with weight loss and maintenance. 

Through individual and group counseling programs, CHANGE MY EATING uses evidence-based methods to educate people about changing their eating. Together, Jenny and her clients work to create attainable lifestyle changes for lasting weight loss and good health.
Known and appreciated for her empathetic, straightforward manner, Jenny's methods guide her clients through the process of changing their eating by:

1) dismantling the thoughts and feelings that drive them to eat;
2) mindful eating awareness coaching*; and 
3) nutrition-related eating counseling that promotes satiation and weight loss.


*CHANGE MY EATING employs MB-EAT, Mindfulness-Based Eating Awareness Training, an NIH (National Institutes of Health) research-based curriculum that improves mindless and stress-related eating and obesity and has been proven to facilitate weight loss in binge-eaters, dysregulated eaters and in individuals with diabetes.
